Habitat
Habitat connects a concrete everyday goal with suitable functions, devices and services. A package records how people control support, which information is shared and how its usefulness is assessed.
From goal to package
A calm route from bed to bathroom needs understandable lighting and simple controls. The package describes these functions independently of the brand: motion sensors and lights can work as well as a bed contact and plug-in lamps. The desired outcome and the conditions at home guide the choice.

Share selected information
Lighting operates within the home. An agreed review often needs only a summary, such as use or unwanted triggers. Purpose, recipient and permission are specified separately. FHIR resources give selected information a traceable meaning: observation, goal, task or consent.

Develop packages together
A shared catalogue connects different care contexts with reusable functions. Manufacturers contribute individual components; care and research partners examine everyday fit, interaction effort and integration. Versions and review criteria record changes and identify which configuration to take forward.

The browser-based Habitat demonstrator is being prepared here. It will show how an everyday goal becomes a support package and how functions, devices and permissions fit together.
